ASSOCIATION PROFILE
DK.A.B.A. Slovakia is a non profit association of legal entities that has worked in the field of consultation and adult education for different target groups since 1997.
From 1997 - 2007, 11 416 clients participated in K.A.B.A.'s educational programs.

Project focused on preparation of career consultants and development of consultancy services for specific group of clients, International project in of EQUAL Slovakia in cooperation with Germany, Latvia and the Czech Republic, 2005 – 2008
“Development of effective career consultation tools in high schools”
Project focused on increasing quality and efficiency of career consultancy in high schools that involved 55 teachers and 450 students from different high schools in Žilina and Trenčín region, project based on call of Ministry of Education SR, SOP ĽZ, 2006 - 2008
“EURO VALIDATION”
Project focused on comparison of adult education certification in countries involved in the project (France, Italy and Slovakia), project is a part of SOCRATES program, Grundtvig 2 sub-program, Partnership in adult education, 2006 – 2008
“Closer to client by further education”
Contractor – English and German for employees of Teaching Hospital in Martin and Labor Office Martin, in cooperation with Samaritán n.o. , 2007 – 2008
“50+”
Project focused on psychological care, diagnostics, looking for new work opportunities in the imaginative workshops, education in entrepreneurship and marketing for target group of 24 long-term unemployed people at the age of 50 and above. Project with Local Labor Office in Dolný Kubín , September – October 2008
"Naturalistic and equestrian tourist guide”
Project implemented with organization “Promidea cooperativa sociale” (Italy) - organization of internship focused on education in entrepreneurship and tourism opportunities in Slovakia for 13 participants of training course from Calbria, Italy, October 2008
